Shipping
Tracked shipping on every order. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days. Free shipping on the Site Kit and the Full Shift Kit. Starter shipping is calculated at checkout, along with your delivery estimate.
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Import duties or taxes, if your country charges them, are the buyer's responsibility.
The 120-Day Jobsite Guarantee
Wear it for up to 120 days from delivery. If it doesn't keep you warm, contact us within those 120 days and we'll refund every cent of your product price. Worn and washed is fine.
Free size exchanges
Wrong size? Contact us with your order number and we'll swap it free.
How to claim
Reply to your order confirmation email or use our contact page with your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days of approval.
Damaged, faulty or lost orders
Heating not working, or an order that arrived damaged or never arrived? Contact us with your order number (and a photo or video if it's damaged or faulty). We'll replace it or refund it. Orders with Shipping Protection are covered for loss, theft and damage in transit.
