The gear
What's in each kit?
The Starter: heated work vest + USB power bank. The Site Kit: vest + heated work gloves + tool-battery adapter + power bank. The Full Shift Kit: Site Kit + heated socks + a second power bank.
Will it run on my tool batteries?
Yes. The Site Kit and Full Shift Kit include an adapter for Milwaukee M18, DeWalt 20V or Makita 18V. You pick yours when you order. Every kit also runs on the included USB power bank.
How long does the heat last?
It depends on the heat setting and battery size. Low runs longest, high warms you fastest. A full-size tool battery or the second power bank in the Full Shift Kit gets most guys through the shift.
How fast does it heat up?
Hit the button and you'll feel it in about 10 seconds. Three heat levels, and four switches so you heat the zones you want. Start it in the truck and you're warm before you step out.
Can I wear it under hi-vis or my work jacket?
That's what it's built for. Slim enough to go over a hoodie and under your jacket or hi-vis. It heats your collar, shoulders, back and front, so you don't need the bulk.
Can I wash it?
Yes. Take the battery out and follow the care label.
Is it safe?
Use it as directed: remove the battery before washing, don't use damaged batteries or cables, don't sleep in it, and don't use it on numb skin you can't feel. Turn it down if it gets too hot.
